Biochemical and Biomedicinal Journal for Cancer Research (BBJCR)-open access gives a worldwide access larger than that of any subscription-based journal in field, no matter how prestigious or popular, and probably increases the visibility and impact of published work. It is the unified goal of this journal and their editorial staff to foster the idea of a greater scientific unity the world over, and in this sense to be active ambassadors internationally to drive the journal and its quality to the highest levels.

Several funding agencies and even university and government institutes strongly recommend or even make it mandatory that the work they sponsor should be made available, free, to all who wish to use it – that is, open access – and so is the mission of this journal. This open access journal gives barrier-free access to the articles for research. It increases convenience, reach, and retrieval power. Free online articles are available for software that facilitates full-text searching, indexing, mining, summarizing, translating, querying, linking, recommending, alerting, "mash-ups" and other forms of processing and distribution. Biochemical and Biomedicinal Journal for Cancer Research (BBJCR) - Open access puts rich and poor on an equal footing for these key resources and eliminates the need for permissions to reproduce and distribute content.
